As part of my graduate degree, I had to complete a final capstone project that involved research in an area of my own interest. I chose to do my research on consumer understanding of food labels such as non-GMO, organic, and anti-biotic free. The research included a survey of over 1,000 consumers from all different backgrounds. After analyzing the data, I created a website that could be used as a tool for consumers to references when trying understand the labels they see int he grocery store. While I have since taken the website down, I thought it would be valuable to keep the research, data, and resources somewhere people could access them should they choose.
